Role summary
Help us find and engage new B2B clients, run targeted outreach, and build simple marketing materials that generate qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Research and add to our lists of target clients (civil/geotechnical/environmental engineers, utilities, DOTs, EPCs) with key contacts.
- Run email/LinkedIn/cold-call campaigns; book intro meetings; track results.
- Draft and polish one-pagers, slide decks, flyers, and short social posts/ads (using basic tools like Canva).
- Set up and send email blasts/newsletters; coordinate follow-ups and simple landing/registration pages when needed.
- Identify relevant industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows; create a calendar with costs, deadlines, and recommended actions.
- Weekly meeting to provide a weekly summary (new leads, meetings booked, campaigns sent, next steps).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within technical or professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and adaptability.
