Job Description
GetBuilder is a newly founded startup developing a B2B marketplace that connects investors and construction contractors. While the platform is new, it's built on a solid foundation - our founders bring over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business development in different industries ensuring strategic direction and long-term stability.
We are now building a dynamic and proactive sales team to support the platform’s growth.
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Representative who is motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with outbound outreach. This role goes beyond sales - you'll also provide basic customer support and relationship management after onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for every new client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses (cold calling using prepared databases)
- Identifying and acquiring new clients for the platform
- Onboarding new clients and offering basic platform guidance
- Providing ongoing support and communication with clients after onboarding- account management
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or telecommunications
- Fluent in English and Arabic - spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and client-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
- Systematic tracking of performance and providing feedback
- Formal education - desirable, but not necessary
What We Offer
- Full-time remote position, 40 hours per week
- Cold calling is done between 8 AM and 6 PM (Middle East time zone), other backend work can be done flexible
