Job Description

Role: Drive client acquisition in the UK, US, and EU by identifying new business opportunities and connecting with decision-makers.

Responsibilities: Use AI-enabled tools for targeted research, email outreach, and lead generation. You'll also prepare proposals, assist in creating prospect lists for leadership, and find networking events.

Process Improvement: We expect you to refine and streamline our current prospecting and outreach processes.

  • Use platforms such as Apollo, Clay, and other AI-enabled tools to:
  • Identify job postings that match BOSH’s outsourcing capabilities
  • Gather insights on companies including industry, contracts, and opportunities
  • Identify decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CFOs)
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to potential clients and maintain prospect lists
  • Prepare and refine proposals for prospective clients
  • Build a list of prospects for both yourself and company leadership to contact by email or phone
  • Identify relevant business and networking events in the UK for our leadership team to attend
  • Contribute to improving and streamlining the company’s prospecting and outreach process

Job Requirements

Experience: 2-6 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably with international clients.

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a minimum requirement.

English Proficiency: You must have very strong English skills, both written and spoken.

Work Setup: Remote/hybrid, with a reliable personal laptop and stable internet connection.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (minimum)
  • 2–6 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach (international experience a plus)
  • Very strong English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, CRM, or lead research tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
  • Reliable technology setup (laptop + stable internet)
