Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the envelope and stationery markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate Gazelle’s product portfolio to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service excellence.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within designated territories.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and market demands.
