Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project alignment with client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand client base.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior fit-out, furniture, or related construction industries.
- Strong network of contacts within the architecture, design, or construction sectors is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fair in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales software tools.
