Job Description
Business Development:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, educational organizations, and community groups.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Academy's reach and market presence.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote our robotics programs and services.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for open enrollment courses and organizational programs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Academy's offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Marketing Lead Follow-up:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and service enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to write concept notes and proposals effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the education industry and knowledge of STEAM education trends are a plus.
