Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding WellGrow Academy’s presence in the corporate training and education market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting WellGrow Academy’s portfolio of training programs and solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for corporate training programs.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential corporate clients through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR/L&D departments, and business leaders to understand training needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals customized to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and update CRM with accurate client data and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent WellGrow Academy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or training & development solutions.
- Strong understanding of the corporate training and education industry in Egypt and the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
