Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and business development metrics.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote solutions.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors or real estates.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Onsite work arrangement required.
