Job Description

We are Bydotpy, a software house located in Zahraa El Maadi. We’re looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager (Female) specialized in Software Sales to generate new revenue streams for the company beyond our existing flagship product.

 

This is a hunting role – you will be fully responsible for generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities from both inside and outside Egypt.
 

The ideal candidate should already have:
 

  • A strong personal database and active network of clients.
  • Proven track record in closing software projects successfully.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to handle clients at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and payment collection.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) to handle international clients.
  • Professional appearance, confident personality, and self-driven attitude (this role is not for someone who still needs training).
  • Willingness to travel abroad when required to finalize deals.

You will work independently but closely aligned with the company’s management. If you meet the targets, you will receive a very attractive commission package on top of your salary.

Job Requirements

  • 3–8 years of proven experience in software sales / business development.
  • Strong personal database and network of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Full command of the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, contract, and payment collection.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident personality with professional appearance.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel abroad when required.
