Job Description
- Product Expertise and Knowledge
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Stay updated on product changes, updates, and new releases.
- Assist the sales team in understanding and presenting product value propositions.
- Provide technical or product-related support during client meetings, presentations, or demonstrations.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the sales team.
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information or solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to identify pain points, desired features, and market trends.
- Build relationships with key customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to highlight competitive advantages and adjust strategies.
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales support activities, and product-related issues.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback, product performance, and sales insights.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in application specialization (cardiology/Peripheral/Labs IVD products)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• located in Cairo/ Giza / Alexandria / Delta regions.
