Job Description
- Manage and grow key accounts with major hypermarkets (e.g. Carrefour, Seoudi, Fathalla, etc.)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers and store staff
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements
- Ensure product availability, proper display, and stock rotation across branches
- Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and branding
- Analyze sales performance and submit regular reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on deliveries, returns, and stock levels with supply chain team
- Achieve sales targets and account growth objectives
- Travel to branches across Egypt as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in electrical products or FMCG
- Proven track record in dealing with hypermarkets or large retail chains
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Egypt
