Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, verifying specifications, and ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms (price, quality, delivery).
Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP/CRM systems.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery or quality.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
Support periodic reporting on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP or similar).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
