Job Description
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with project teams (engineering, production, procurement, maintenance) to ensure accurate input of tasks, durations, and dependencies.
Track project progress and performance against the baseline schedule; provide early warning of deviations and delays.
Prepare detailed reports including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, S-curves, and progress dashboards.
Assist in the preparation of resource loading and manpower planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Interface with supply chain and procurement teams to align material deliveries with project timelines.
Support cost planning by integrating scheduling with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Participate in planning and execution of plant shutdowns, turnarounds, or major equipment overhauls.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools within the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related field.
Proficient in planning software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Project, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
