Job Description
Prepare monthly and quarterly production plans based on demand, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze raw material requirements, update production plans, monitor execution, and control inventory.
Coordinate with workshops and related departments to follow up on work progress.
Evaluate production capacity and optimally allocate equipment, labor, and materials.
Monitor production rates and quality levels, and take immediate action to resolve any issues.
Analyze production problems and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
① Nationality: Egyptian only
② Residence: Preferably residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas
③ Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; graduates of Chinese Language departments are preferred
④ Languages: Good command of English; Chinese is a strong plus
⑤ Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
⑥ Experience: Previous experience in production planning is preferred
⑦ Soft Skills: Analytical thinking – Strong organizational skills – Accuracy – High sense of responsibility
