Job Description
- Handle production orders received from the Sales/Commercial department and ensure the availability of required materials and accessories according to production schedules.
- Check stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with the purchasing team to order missing items.
- Follow up with external purchasing for all planning-related purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Open customs certificates and send them to the production planning department to initiate order processing.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to follow up on issued production orders, identify any shortages, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure that cutting and delivery of materials to production lines are completed on time, and follow up on any missing components if needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English section preferred) or relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency (Excel & ERP systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
