Senior Planning Specialist

Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Specialist will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling functions across one or more projects or programs. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by creating realistic project schedules, identifying critical activities, managing resources, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Planner provides high-level planning expertise and supports management decision-making through performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to collect schedule input and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Track and forecast resource allocation and productivity.
• Support cost control and earned value analysis by integrating schedule and cost data.
• Maintain schedule baselines and support change management processes.
• Lead planning meetings and ensure transparent communication with project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures.
• Support in preparing work project timelines.
