Job Description
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term production and supply plans in line with business targets.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet market demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Analyze production capacity and recommend resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning, production, and supply chain.
- Identify and resolve planning-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in planning within FMCG sector (minimum 2 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
