Job Description
- Purchase local Raw materials with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules through SAP ERP system.
- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
- Monitoring the supply movement in our rental silo trucks, closely following up with our local suppliers.
- Sending the weights supplied to us to our local suppliers to issue an invoice matching the weight received monthly and half-monthly.
- Negotiates with contractors and forwarders on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time
- Payments review vs contracts to facilitate the payable department payment issuing Vendor’s evaluation.
- Always looking for new suppliers that achieve the required quality and the desired competitive price.
- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
Prepare daily Follow up reports and updates to refill the safety stock and monitoring the inventory level as well.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- lives in Fayoum, Giza or 6 October
- Four years Experience Minimum.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP experience preferred .
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very Good English is a must, both written and verbal .
