Job Description
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly procurement plans aligned with project and technical department needs.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement performance.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to define specifications and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.
- Review and evaluate technical and financial proposals, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial and technical terms.
- Build and maintain a qualified supplier database and monitor supplier performance.
- Supervise the execution of purchase requests and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on procurement performance, including KPIs, progress rates, and deviations from approved plans.
- Support the company’s digital transformation efforts through ERP systems usage (SAP preferred).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical procurement, preferably within the elevator or electromechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, supply chain management, and procurement practices.
- Ability to develop and track procurement plans with clear performance indicators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to work in cross-functional teams.
