Job Description
- Update records on ERP system for the purchasing process.
- Evaluate and analyze the current and potential vendors based on the quality, payment terms, reference lists, prices, after-sales services, warranty, and delivery terms.
- Handle all necessary shipping documents as per local or origin country rules and regulations.
- Follow up purchasing requests.
- Revise statement of custody settlement.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Technical Electrical background for MEP
- knowledge with Main distribution Board , Light Current ,Lighting Fixtures , Electrical Wires and Power Cable
- Prepare Purchase order with all necessary Contracting condition
- follow up Supplier payment and delivery Material to Site
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with vendors.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and new technologies in MEP products.
- Maintain up-to-date records of price lists and procurement KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:5-7 years
