we are looking for Senior BMS within the Digital Buildings group of AIS, you will be accountable for executing small / medium scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, designing, implementing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify specifics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn & Design, engineer, configure, and commission of BMS systems
• Design, engineer and validate: * Automation of industrial systems * Communication network to support local and remote control * HMI and visualization of control.
• Assisting in project statement of work developing including technical & commercial terms, identify project scope, project constrains and customer expectations, major risks.
• Provide technical & commercial offers after understanding & interpreting customer specifications/drawings.
• Participate in technical execution of projects and fulfill with project technical requirements.
• Design an optimize solution and develop software application, Hardware design, project documentation according to assigned tasks.
• Design and execute Quality tests.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site commissioning with customers.
• Develop and deliver training for SE products, both in person and with webinars.
• Travel required including potential international travel to job sites
• Comply to Internal process and methods in all activities.
