Job Description
- Lead the procurement process for electrical materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure high-quality products and favorable terms.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value for the company.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams to determine project-specific procurement needs and technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
