Job Description
• Lead the daily operations and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).
• Manage and supervise facility technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyze energy usage and propose cost-effective improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental codes.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, fit-outs, and renovation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage facility management software (CAFM/CMMS).
• Prepare reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support during emergencies and incidents.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in facility operations and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, codes, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
