Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment inventories.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate corrective actions to restore normal operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and initiatives.
Recommend and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to optimize facility performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices in all facility operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in facilities engineering or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Experience in supervising maintenance teams and managing external vendors or contractors.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
