Job Description
- Oversee the management of factory infrastructure, capable of diagnosing and repairing facility equipment.
- Proficient in the design principles and maintenance requirements of clean rooms and clean workshops, leading the implementation of workshop planning solutions.
- Resolve various issues with facility equipment to ensure continuous and stable production.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of engineering renovation projects, ensuring projects are implemented according to plan, and take full responsibility for project management, technology, quality, and safety.
- Responsible for the management of the operations and maintenance team.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Work Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance or related work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
- Willingness to work onsite and respond to facility emergencies as needed.
