Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Develop technical proposals for the engineering scope of work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP equipment from drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare specific project scope of work including the project’s deliverables description and approach.
- Prepare project’s specifications compliance statement.
- Prepare project trackers for progress monitoring.
- Prepare monthly tendering reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s pre-qualification documents.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
1 - 3 years of experience in MEP field.
Strong analytical and detailed oriented skills.
Team Player and able to manage various stakeholders.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
