Job Description
- Study the tendering project and make the technical offers.
- Arranging sample submittals and material approvals.
- Study the B.O.Q And get the information required for the electrical contractor.
- Shop drawing, As built and limitation for projects.
- Payment & quantity surveying.
- Coordinate with the client/consultant for the project execution.
- Preparation of variation orders for Electrical Works.
- Reviewing the Technical offers.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Electrical Contracting field ( Construction Experience is a must)
- Previous experience in banks projects is a plus.
- Bachelor. degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university,
- Microsoft Office,
- Excellent Auto CAD 2D knowledge,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.
- Time management skills and great ability to meet deadlines.
- Energetic, Very organized, confident team leader.
