Job Description
- Facilities & MEP Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Mechanical Maintenance, and development of mechanical equipment (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Dust Collectors, Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Vacuum Pumps, HVAC, Boilers, Water Treatment, Fire Protection systems, piping systems,…)
• Perform Mechanical Engineering, Design & Calculations – HVAC, Cooling Water Systems, Piping, Dry Compressed Air Systems
• Perform Project Management, manage, and coordinate Facilities Systems installations
• Perform, coordinate start-up, and proper handover of Facilities Mechanical Systems to Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Operations Group
• Provide daily and strategic engineering oversight to the Operations team in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems
• Recommend and implement engineering changes to accommodate customer requirements on owned systems

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
Define customer needs and requirements
Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
Plan and schedule small projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files, and prepare reports
Plan and supervise the work of electricians.
Plan and estimate electrical jobs
Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel
Assist in coordinating job assignments with the other trades, e.g., plumbers, carpenters, etc.
Assist contractors on jobs if needed.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical/Mechanical engineering is required.
- Experience in Facility Management is required.
Knowledge of the Corrigo System / CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.
Fluent English is a must.

- Mechanical & Electrical Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, -electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Building Automation & Control Systems: Capability to quickly identify and resolve facility-related issues.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & Facility Management Software: Experience using CAD tools and facility management software to optimize maintenance planning.
