Electrical Maintenance Engineer

High experienced Electrical Engineer to support the electrical and automation systems in our high-speed FMCG production facility. He will have hands-on experience with Krones production lines, PLC programming, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. 

This role requires a strong understanding of automation, safety, and efficiency within an FMCG environment and will be reported to production manager.

Electrical engineer responsibilities 

• Lead electrical maintenance and support activities on Krones production and packaging lines. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production. 
• Develop and update electrical schematics and documentation. 
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. 
• Monitor and optimize energy usage across the plant’s electrical systems. 
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and FMCG industry regulations (GMP, HACCP). 
• Supervise, train and guide technicians on electrical best practices and troubleshooting procedures. 
• Participate in energy audits and recommend cost-saving improvements.
• Support installation, commissioning, and retrofitting of Krones equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance schedules and equipment history.
