Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within facility management and related sectors.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with our service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of scope and deliverables.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to convert prospects into successful deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and report regularly on performance metrics.
- Participate in tenders and support pricing strategies in coordination with other departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM or related systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a sales Engineer role, preferably in facility management or maintenance services.
- Strong understanding of engineering and facility solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license is required.
