Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within facility management and related sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with our service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of scope and deliverables.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to convert prospects into successful deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and report regularly on performance metrics.
  • Participate in tenders and support pricing strategies in coordination with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM or related systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a sales Engineer role, preferably in facility management or maintenance services.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and facility solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driving license is required.
