- Coordinate with the Sales Manager in defining the commercial approach and tactics for each customer segment/type.
- Maximize sales achievements in terms of quantity, GP, MS.
- Prepare required reports on individual sales activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop positive relations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a healthy sales environment.
- Identify and develop relations with customers.
- Ensure efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc.
- Nurture the company’s relations with customers and establish/reinforce personal and company credibility.
- Remain up to date on customers’ plans and projects and develop the customer account through multiple selling (deep pocket approach).
- Adopting ownership by ensuring efficient Sales cycle (Lead, Prospect, Closure, Follow-up, Invoicing/Payment, Delivery, Feedback)
- Liaise with technical team to demonstrate deep technical knowledge and updates of product portfolio offering of both, company, and competition.
- Identify the Unique Selling Points of company’s offering for different customer segments/types.
- Market awareness and updates of market dynamics (Prices, Specs, Payment Terms, Projects, etc.).
- Diversify customer profiles covering different segments, industries, applications, etc.
- Proactively attempts to retain/gain different customer accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in same field (Forklifts sales is a MUST)
- Excellent in Interpersonal Skills.
- Very Good in MS Office.
- Very Good in English Language .
