Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote parts and service solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, service packages, and maintenance solutions for heavy equipment.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and services, addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment condition and provide expert advice on preventive maintenance.
- Achieve sales targets for parts and service contracts through proactive account management and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service agreements in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures in all sales and service activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, power systems, and related components.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Must own a car.
