Job Description
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Present and demonstrate Brightwell’s products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and deliver client feedback.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and market presence.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within a related industry ( Horeca sales sectors )
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
