Job Description

  • Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate Brightwell’s products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and deliver client feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and market presence.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within a related industry ( Horeca sales sectors )
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Owns a car is a must
