Job Description
- Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal facility performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Support project teams during renovations, upgrades, or new installations by providing technical input.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions to restore operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in maintenance engineering within the real estate, construction, or facilities management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
