???? Responsibilities:
Lead the operation and maintenance of electrical building systems in banking facilities (power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, MV/LV, and low current systems).
Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety codes, standards, and banking sector requirements.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations across multiple facilities.
Supervise and mentor electrical teams, monitor performance, and manage minor electrical projects.
Job Requirements
???? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong expertise in electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, MV/LV, UPS, generators, low current).
Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
