Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain factory electrical power and automation control systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC and HMI systems.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and electrical equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting of electrical faults and minimize production downtime.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system manuals.
- Participate in factory projects, expansions, and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Control & Power) or equivalent.
- 4–7 years of proven experience in industrial/factory electrical systems and automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI.
- Solid knowledge of electrical power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Very good command of English (written & spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of automation networks (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Professional certifications in PLC, Automation, or Electrical Safety.
