Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor project expenditures and budgets.
Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for ongoing projects and operations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
Monitor and analyze project budgets, identifying cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.
Review and validate supplier and subcontractor invoices against contracts and project progress.
Support tendering and procurement processes by providing cost estimates and analysis.
Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
Prepare and present cost control documentation and reports to senior management.
Assist in the development of project cash flow projections and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all cost control activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in cost control, within manufacturing or industrial sectors is a must.
Production/Mechanical background.
Cairo and East Cairo residents is a must
Proven experience in developing and managing cost control systems and procedures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
