Job Description
- Create, implement and enhance preventive maintenance programs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Managing all plant maintenance and production maintenance
Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments.to improve the quality of the service. - Supervise / the installation of all electrical activities and attend necessary tests, and commissioning activities (MV, LV, and low current system installation, testing, and commissioning …etc)
- Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Responding immediately to Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and arranging for replacements to be installed for equipment's breakdowns.
- Monitor priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time.
- Supervise daily routine operations, including employee performance, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians .
Job Requirements
- Experience maintenance manager in manufacturing and production for at least 10 years in plant maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions quickly is also important..
- Knowledge and understanding of plant safety procedures, troubleshooting equipment and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Supervisory and team leading skills.
- Planning and organizing.
