Job Description
A leading industrial group in Egypt, specialized in food manufacturing and distribution, is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of the company’s vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of all company vehicles.
Ensure fleet readiness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Supervise workshop operations and coordinate with external service providers.
Monitor maintenance costs and implement cost-effective solutions.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Train and lead the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fleet maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
