Job Description
- Organize and plan repairs in the workshop.
- Ensure maximum utilization of the technical team for optimal results.
- Oversee day-to-day planning, control, and execution of repairs to meet set targets.
- Monitor the allocation and utilization of spare parts in compliance with the approved budget.
- Ensure retention and discipline of technical staff.
- Maintain safety precautions and good housekeeping standards.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Fleet Manager or Maintenance Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience in workshop management (Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a
similar role). - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes.
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve operational challenges.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
