Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure direct materials, components, and services required for automotive production.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Conducted supplier evaluations, negotiated contracts, and managed supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in direct procurement, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Automotive.
- Strong knowledge of automotive components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
