Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare market research for various industries to estimate replacement costs and fair value estimates.
- Support useful lives and depreciation techniques for all types of machinery and equipment.
- Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets.
- Understanding of technical & commercial lifespan of plant & machinery.
- Understand technical data, charts, plots, maps, records and documentation.
- Writing valuation reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in factories, hotels, resorts, or hospitals is preferred (Production Maintenance Procurement *Supplies).
- Practical experience ranging from 2 to 8 years.
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
- Proficient in using computers, especially Excel.
- Skilled in research and studying scientific references and related websites on the internet.
- Strong ability to review and verify numbers and values.
