Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance & Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and general facility operations across our branches. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and building infrastructure are running efficiently and safely to support a high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Supervise or execute repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and finishing.
- Oversee periodic preventive maintenance schedules for branches.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Manage small-scale renovation or refurbishment projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all branches.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
- Maintain logs and documentation of all maintenance work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge in MEP, finishing, and general repairs.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
