Job Description

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target markets, focusing on electric control and mechanical application solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase engineering capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand the company’s professional network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of electric control systems and mechanical applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
