Job Description
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target markets, focusing on electric control and mechanical application solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
- Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand the company’s professional network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong technical understanding of electric control systems and mechanical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
