Job Description
- Understanding client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather technical and financial data.
- Developing tailored proposals that showcase expertise and value proposition.
- Presenting proposals to clients, addressing feedback and modifications.
- Ensuring timely submission and follow-up on proposals.
- Creating comprehensive engineering proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, technical, and management teams.
- Reviewing project specifications and requirements to develop accurate proposals.
- Ensuring proposals adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Presenting proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proven work experience as a Proposal Engineer in infrastructure (water treatment - wastewater treatment - RO - Ultrafiltration)
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
