Job Description
Project Planning & Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of educational content development projects (print, digital, or blended).
Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Content Development Oversight
Manage the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring alignment with educational standards and curricula.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, editors, and multimedia teams.
Review and validate educational materials for accuracy, quality, and pedagogical effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between academic teams, design, production, and technology departments.
Facilitate smooth communication to ensure projects meet both educational and business objectives.
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners when needed.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure that developed content complies with educational frameworks, copyright laws, and quality standards.
Conduct content reviews, pilot testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide solutions to challenges while keeping projects on track and within budget.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Present progress updates and recommendations to management and leadership teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in educational publishing, EdTech, or content development.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end content or learning product development projects.
- Excellent skills in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools, multimedia production, and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
