Job Description
Job Overview:
You'll be working closely with our project manager to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and project milestones are achieved. You’ll play a vital role in tracking progress, managing communication, maintaining documentation, and resolving challenges along the way.
Main Tasks:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Monitor daily project progress and follow up on deliverables
- Act as the communication bridge between the team, management, and clients
- Write and distribute Meeting Minutes (MoMs)
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Prepare reports highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Coordinate resources and logistics
- Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
Job Requirements
- Minimum (1-2) years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Experience using project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to support and drive successful projects
