Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Organize regular status meetings with teams and key stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
- Implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Develop budgets based on resource allocation needs.
- Monitor expenditures against budgeted amounts throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding all aspects of the projects including changes made during execution phases.
- Provide regular reports summarizing progress against targets set at initiation phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management or any related
- 2-5 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
