*HW Presales (Experienced – Dell /HPe & Lenovo)
* Security and Network Presales ( Experienced Fortinet / Sophos & Kaspersky/ Aruba )
for our new branch to grow with us.
We are a Gold Partner for Kaspersky, Sophos, Lenovo, and Aruba.
We are also partners with VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, HPE, and Dell.
Perks and Details:
• Immediate hiring for qualified candidates.
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
• Location: On-site at our office in Dokki.
Job Description :
- Engage with clients to understand their hardware, networking, and security requirements, providing tailored presales support.
- Design and present comprehensive solutions utilizing Dell, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, and Kaspersky products.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase solution capabilities.
- Analyze customer environments and recommend optimal hardware and security architectures.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM), technical documentation, and solution diagrams.
- Support post-sales teams during solution deployment and address any technical queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in presales roles focused on hardware, networking, and security solutions.
- Proven expertise with Dell, HPE, and Aruba hardware platforms.
- Strong knowledge of security solutions from Fortinet, Sophos, and Kaspersky.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and customer teams.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
