We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a Civil or Architectural Engineering background to manage and deliver international construction projects only. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of overseas projects, from initiation to handover, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and compliance with international quality and safety standards.
This position is exclusively dedicated to international projects and requires full readiness to travel and work abroad on long-term assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale international civil and architectural projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams to ensure compliance with international standards and codes.
- Review and approve architectural and civil drawings, technical submissions, and progress reports.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and sustainability requirements.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on project progress, costs, and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and international authorities.
- Ensure successful project delivery in line with scope, schedule, and budget.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in managing and delivering international projects.
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of international construction practices, standards, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and relocate abroad for project assignments.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex international projects within scope, time, and budget.
